ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Joy! I'm from Vancouver and I enjoy using art as part of my storytelling! I went to University where I started as an art major before I did a switcheroo over to English literature. (No rahgrats!)

 

I mainly work in acrylic and graphite, but I'm also into a ton of other mediums; watercolour and ink, clay sculpture, and music. I've even dabbled in print and Oil!

 

My love for story runs deep, the classics, fairy tales ect.. and though art speaks for itself (albeit in a different language, lol) I have always been fascinated with Illustration!

 

I've combined two of my favourite things in this blog, art and creative writing. I'll be sharing some of my knowledge here, the creative process, how tos and ideas for your next projects!
